The Robertsine Duncan Memorial Award will be presented during our virtual 36th annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday Virtual Celebration  on Friday, January 15that 3:00 pm.   The NAACP Norwich Branch and Robertsine Duncan Youth Council theme for this years’ Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday Virtual Celebration is “When We Dare To Dream, We Strive To Build.”
